Kaneasy

The kanban that gets out of your way.

A board, a budget and reports. Built for small teams and students who want to track the work, not learn a tool.

Everything, and nothing else

The whole product, in four screens.

A board you can read at a glance

Backlog, started, ongoing, completed. Drag a card and it stays where you put it. Subtasks and comments live inside the task, not in another tab.

Budgets that stay honest

Log expenses against the project and watch the gauge. It tells you what is left, in your own currency.

Reports without a data team

What shipped this week against what was due. Numbers come straight from your tasks.

And the fourth one

Talk to your team without leaving the board.

Everyone on a project shows up in chat automatically. No invites to a second tool, no channel to name, no history scattered across three apps.

The Kaneasy chat screen

Why it exists

I was tired of managing the tool instead of the project.

Kaneasy started as my own board. Every tool I tried buried the actual work under panels, filters and fields I never asked for, so I built the one I wanted to use and then opened it up.

Questions

Everything people ask before signing up.

Is Kaneasy free?

Yes. There is no credit card, trial countdown or feature paywall standing between you and your first board.

How many people can I add to a project?

As many as your team needs. Invite people by email, assign them a role, and share ownership with a co-owner so the project survives someone leaving.

Do I need to be a company to use it?

No. Kaneasy works just as well for a solo developer, a student project or a side hustle as it does for a company. If you have a project and a deadline, it fits.

What languages does Kaneasy support?

English and Portuguese today, with more on the way as the community grows.

Where does the chat and budget data live?

Right inside the project, next to the board. No separate app to open, no separate login to remember.

Your first board is one click away.
